Founded by visionary women determined to make higher education accessible, IEACF awarded its first scholarship in 1981. By 1982, the Foundation was officially incorporated as a nonprofit dedicated to service, education, and empowerment. Today, with over one million dollars in scholarships awarded and a permanent $100,000 endowment, we continue to carry forward that legacy of excellence and purpose.

As President of the Ivy Educational & Charitable Foundation of Houston, Inc. (IEACF), I am honored to continue the mission and vision established by our founders: to empower, encourage, and educate youth in order to elevate their quality of life in Houston and beyond.
For 45 years, our foundation has remained steadfast in its commitment to scholarship and service. What began as a bold vision has grown into a lasting legacy of opportunity—opening doors for students, strengthening families, and investing in communities that deserve access, resources, and hope.
